Alena Očková
Director of Project and Export Finance, HSBC Bank plc – Prague Branch
Over the course of her professional career, Alena Očková has long devoted her attention to international trade and structured project financing, with special emphasis on developing markets, particularly in the countries of Eastern European and Asia.
After completing her doctorate in international trade, she was active both in international trade (Koospol and Transakta) as well as in the academic environment (the University of Economic, the CMC Gradate Business School in Čelákovice and the University of California). She has been employed in the banking industry since 1995. At the Czech Export Bank, Alena Očková held the position of Chief Director of Project and Export Finance. Prior to starting at HSBC, she worked as the project manager for export and structured financing at ČSOB.
Tomáš Nymburský
Director of Export Finance, HSBC Bank plc – Prague Branch
Tomáš Nymburský completed his studies at the University of Economics in Prague. In 2007, he started at the Prague branch of HSBC Bank plc, where he now holds the position of Director of Export Finance. He also obtained experience in the field of exports at the Prague branch of Commerzbank AG, the London Forfaiting Company PLC London and Komerční banka a.s., where he held senior positions. In the past, Tomáš Nymburský was also employed as a sales representative for Škodaexport in Egypt.
